Save $300 and combine Sessions 1 and 2. Combine Sessions 2 and 3, and recieve additional lodging with meals for the nights of July 3rd – 4th for no charge and the option of skiing or a Hood River trip and activities.

What’s Included?

The prices include all ground transfers from Portland International Airport to Timberline Ski Area, meals, lodging, lift passes, coaching, video analysis, afternoon activities (hiking, soccer, swimming).  Not included is airfare and optional activity rental fees (mountain biking, rafting, rock climbing, adventure park).

Ages and Ability

The camp is for ages 10 and older.  (Under 10 with parent or guardian).  Skiers need to have at least intermediate skiing ability.  Registration is open to licensed and non-licensed competitors, collegiate skiers, masters, school teams, and clubs. Group prices available.  Masters: There is a dedicated masters camp during Session 1 or you can attend Sessions 2-3.

What to Bring

All of your normal winter ski clothing and equipment.  Skis, boots, poles, helmet, rain gear, hat, gloves, goggles, UV rated sunglasses, sunscreen and lip balm SPF 30, one quart water bottle, small day pack, summer clothing, swim suit, towel, toiletry items, running shoes, small ski tuning kit, lockable duffle and ski bags.

Daily Schedule

Breakfast at 6am, lifts open at 7.  We ski until noon with a mid-morning break.  Lunch at 1pm followed by a rest and an afternoon activity, dinner at 7, followed by video or evening activity.  Lights out at 9:30pm.

Same schedule for Sessions 2-3.  Arrival and departure dates July 3rd, 5th and 11th. Please Note: If combining the 2nd and 3rd sessions, the multi-session discount does not apply, because of the additional July 4th holidays in between sessions (July 4-5).  Campers have the option of skiing, resting or an optional activity.

Travel

Many carriers service PDX – Portland International Airport.  We recommend that you check all regulations regarding minors and baggage limits. Purchasing travel/cancellation insurance when you register and book your flights is good idea too.

Arrival and departure times need to be between 10am and 3pm at PDX June 21st, June 27th, July 3rd and 11th depending on your arrival and departure dates.  If arriving by car, the time and place to meet is 5pm, Huckleberry Inn, Government Camp, OR on June 21st, June 27th, July 3rd, depending on your session.

Here are some important lodging links too so people know where to find places that are not lodging with the camp.  Our lodging for campers and staff is located in Government Camp at the Huckleberry Inn and serves buffet style meals.

Refund Policy

$400 per session is a non-refundable.  The remainder is refundable prior to May 1st.
